Valley High School will host a Health and Fitness Expo for the community from 9 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Friday.
The event will provide information on improving the health of participants and their families.
The expo has been presented annually by the school’s Health TECH Academy, whose students are interested in careers in the health field.
Local hospitals, health care organizations, advocacy groups, colleges and universities, and local businesses will be represented.
The school is at 6300 Ehrhardt Ave. in Sacramento.
